Our process for building metal prototypes
1. From the idea to its development
We support your idea from the initial consultation, through prototyping to series production. Together, we design and implement the plans in CAD or as 3D visualizations. Because for us, functionality and outstanding design are not a contradiction in terms.
2. Production of the sample components
We manufacture all sheet metal parts according to the initial drawings. The components are then given a suitable paint finish or coating. During this process, we work on optimizations and get the maximum for technology and good form for you.
3. Assembly TO PROTOTYPE
We combine the elements to create the finished sample prototype. We pay attention to every detail during assembly, because the prototype is the basis for a later series. We examine the risks and weaknesses of the design at this early stage. We also work out possible economic advantages for efficient production.
